| So it has definitely been a while, I am sure no one reads this anymore, but its more for me anyway. So I am just over 7 days from graduation! I can't believe it, so close, I feel like just yesterday I was moving into Brody. How excited I was then, now its another huge change in my life. I am very excited.
I will be pretty busy these next couple months. I have finals next week, then a review course for the NCLEX the week after that, then on May 15th I start my new job! I can't believe it. I am taking a Kaplan class which meets all day on Saturday and Sundays for a couple weeks, then it is just getting through orientation at the hospital and studying for the boards. It is going to be a busy, stressful, exciting couple months for sure. I got a job at UofM hospital on the cardiac/thoracic and vascular surgery step down. I am going to see a lot of heart transplants and open heart surgeries! I am so excited I LOVE CARDIAC! 
Ok just wanted to give a quick update. Need to start studying.

| So last night was sooo fun, really girly but so fun. I went to
Beth, Amy and Annie's place. We had a surprise wedding shower for
the 4 girls who are getting married in nursing school. Of course
Abbie, our little homemaker, made a wedding cake, coconut shrimp, well
allll sorts of things. The food was so wonderful and we just ate
and drank champagne all night. We also made scrap books for the
four girls who are getting married in the next year. It was fun
and I haven't done that in years. I was pretty tired from working
a 12 hour night shift the night before but it was still fun.
So I saw the craziest thing when I was driving there on Friday...I was
at a red light on Saginaw (which is a very busy street) and this blazer
comes flying out of nowwhere and runs the red light. At first I
thought it was just an accident, not paying attention and stuff.
Well then she preceded to run the next 3. At the third light she
broadsided someone and that car spun and slammed into a building....CAN
YOU BELIEVE IT. I mean honestly, she could have killed
someone. No wonder why men say women are horrible drivers.
What a dumbass.
Anywho I am going to get to other things...I don't even know if anyone
reads this anymore since everyone is addicted to myspace, myself
included! Night!

| So Lindsay's 21st was so fun. I was way to drunk i am sure.
At Brad's place we had a couple hajer bombs then at Rick's we had more
shots. By the time I got to the bar I was so drunk. Hinshaw
Dwyer and I manage to not pay for one drink. That tends to happen
at times. Then I just danced the whole night. Hinshaw and I
were the first ones out on the dance floor, then this random boy came
up and started to dance with us. I do remember falling on the
dance floor and hitting my nose, which still hurts when you touch it, I
wonder if I got a hairline fracture...sorry to get technical on ya all  but its a week later it still shouldn't hurt.
Well its close the end of the semester!!!! I have just 3 classes left,
2 papers for clinicals, Final evaluations, and econ problem sets then 3
finals.... I am so ready to be done, I am annoyed though because
supposedly this semester was suppose to be easy. I guess it was
hard concepts it was just a lot of busy work that I did not manage my
time very well. Everything I do for the classes is on the
computer so instead of doing things I get distracted....case in point
right now!  Oh well I will get it
done, I always worry and get stressed but every semester I do just
fine. I think that is part of my problem with procrasting
lately. I do want to graduate with a certain GPA and I don't know
if I will be able to do it now. I will have to do awesome on my
finals. We will see. I guess it doesn't really matter
though because I will get a job and I will still have a pretty good
GPA, and I already made Sigma Theta Tau, which was one of my goals when
I first started nursing school....
So I was talking to Renee about who is going to be our class speaker in
May because the nursing college has its own little ceremony and she was
like I was thinking you...it is really flattering but I cannot speak in
front of large groups I always fumble, I know I am passionate about
nursing, I love it so much but i don't know about that... I think it is
because I am comparing my self to Abbie and Jessica who were two
previous speakers who were absolutely amazing. We will see, it
was just one person so who knows if I would get voted anywho.
Well I should get to my econ homework though I have to work a night
shift tonight so I have to get it done before I go in. Love you
all!

| So I haven't written in here too much lately. I have been pretty
busy with all this busy work that the nursing school likes to think is
needed. I do think some of it is important but they need to do
something to make the classes worth more credits or something then
because it is just ridiculous.
Everything else is wonderful. Still kinda weird that I am
married. I don't feel married though. I guess I don't really know
what a married person is suppose to feel like. I am happy though
so I figure that is a good start. 
This weekend I will be in East Lansing to work on projects and do this
bowl-a-thon with NSA and Lansing community college. We are going
to raise money for hurricane relief. It is a really good
cause. I guess it would have to be for me to miss my last home
football game.  I will still go
tailgating in the morning though for sure! except I can't get drunk.
hehe alright well I think I am going to head to the gym. Talk to
you all later! CANNOT wait for Wednesday! :)
